AD SINGH at The Kochi International Fashion Week.
The eight edition of the Kochi International Fashion Week is scheduled from October 11 – October 14 at the Casino Hotel Kochi. Every year the Kochi International Fashion Week produced by Storm Fashion Company brings together some of the best names in the fashion industry to showcase their first line at this annual fashion event. The event sees the creme de la creme of Kochi. This year the Opening Designer for the show was AD SINGH. The Event saw the following line up of designers : Day 1 : AD SINGH (Mumbai) followed by Nazia Syed (Chennai) Riyaz Ganji (Mumbai). Day 2 the line included Hari Anand (Kochi) followed by Verma Dmelo (Goa). The event was sponsored by Mahindra, Kyron & Kingfisher Ultra.
AD SINGH Collection At the KIFW
The collection titled “Red Carpet Bride” was the highlight at the Kochi International Fashion Week. Red Carpet Bride is a capsule collection of beautiful Gowns with intricate details and sheer highlights that replicate the beauty of illusion couture. The Bridal lehengas consisted of detailed embroideries in pearls, single yarn resham and highlights in swarovski crstals. The color pallets were pastels with shades of pinks, mint and ivory.
The showstoppers Damini Chopra and Supriya Aiman looked ravishing in a beautifully crafted baby pink lehenga with off shoulder blouse and a classic shoulder cup choli respectively. The multighera lehengas with lazer cut work and intricate details in Katdana and micro swarovki dust were the main components for Damini Chopras outfit ideal for a reception event. While Supriyas lehega had beautiful 3d applique motifs highlighted with pearls and hints of micro swarovki a beautiful outfit for a roka or an engagement.
